A Little about me

Hi! I am so happy you are here! My name is Marie. I am an integrative nutrition and lifestyle specialist with a serious passion to help women and their families become the best version of themselves through health and wellness. When your mind and body feel amazing you are not only able to enjoy life to it's fullest, but also become unstoppable in reaching your biggest dreams!

Your guide on the side

Over the years I have seen far too many families suffer needlessly. They are often given a prescription to simply “manage" their health imbalance, instead of working to heal the root of the problem, which often makes their condition worse over time. Do not misunderstand me, medicine is such a blessing, but there is also SO much more you can do to encourage the body's innate healing systems as well. Our bodies are designed to feel incredible, not like a zombie out of an episode of "The Walking Dead"! My conviction comes from over 12 years of training and coaching experience, which has proven to me the body's miraculous and innate ability to not only fully heal, but truly thrive!

I also work side by side with excellent naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, advanced practice providers,  acupuncturists, counselors and other wellness practitioners, who have significantly shaped my unique understanding of the human body. As such, I have an excellent network of various holistic wellness providers if the need presents itself. It is my goal to rid you of any confusion you may feel within your current health plan, while uncovering together what's truly best for your unique and beautiful body!

If you are ready, I would absolutely love to connect! Your body was designed to feel awesome well into old age! It may take time to heal, but I promise it’s worth it!!
